What are the wax melts made from?

This all-natural soy wax is specifically developed and formulated for melts and tarts. The melt and tart soy wax has excellent scent throw. This wax uses a 100% soy and botanical oil formula that creates a smooth appearance.

How do I use the wax melts?

Remove all packaging and place a small piece of wax in the well of your burner. If using a tealight burner - Use a 4 hour unscented tealight. Do not add water or any other substance to the burner. Keep out of reach of children and pets at all times. Do not place by an open window or draught. Never move your burner whilst lit. Never leave a lit candle unattended.

The wax will not melt away, once the scent starts to fade, it's time change your wax melt.

How do I change the wax melt?

When it's time to change your wax melt, the simplest way is to either heat up your wax for a minute and slide the wax out or drop a couple of cotton wool pads in to the well to soak up the wax.

We do not recommend using a knife or sharp object to scrape out the wax as this could damage your burner.

Another option is to use a wax liner, they are easy to use, reusable and leave no mess and are available to purchase from the website.

Wax Burner Care

Please make sure that your burner is suitable for wax melts not just oil. It is highly recommended that only unscented 4 hour tea lights should be used. Anything more than this such as 8 hour tea lights can cause the burner and the wax to overheat creating a significant fire risk.

Always make sure that your burner is placed on a heat resistant surface that is also flat and away from walls, draughts and radiators.

NEVER burn with a tealight candle for more than 4 hours at a time, allow time to cool in-between each burn.

NEVER move your burner whilst lit.

Keep away from children and pets at all times.

NEVER leave your burner unattended.

Sizzler Safety
