Returns Policy

If you receive your product and there is an issue with it, please contact us straight away. You have 14 days from the date of purchase to report the issue. Items must be returned to us at the customers expense, to be tested. If the product is found to be faulty and/or not fit for purpose you will receive a full refund or store credit, depending on preference.
 
We will not refund for broken wax items, as they are still usable. We ensure that our wax bars and shapes are undamaged when they leave us but once they are in the postal system we cannot guarantee that they will handle carefully so we therefore cannot refund for that reason.
 
If you receive your item and decide after opening that you don't like that particular scent afterall, we cannot offer a refund.
